The goal with Eve was to craft a delightfully delicate Riesling with a gentle hint of residual sweetness. Bridging the divide between dry and off-dry Rieslings, Eve is beautifully balanced with refreshing acidity.
Fruit for both Eve and The Eden is picked concurrently; the juice for Eve separated to craft an elegant, pretty and pure expression of this old vine, single vineyard site. Be tempted.
