Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery – Australia Mainland and Tasmania

Shipping is provided at a standard rate of $25 per order for orders up to $225.
For orders valued $225 or more, shipping is provided free of charge.

Wine purchased through this site can be delivered within mainland Australia, Tasmania and Kangaroo Island. Other Australian islands and territories- please enquire.

Poonawatta is approved to ship to Northern Territory and meets all legal compliance requirements.

Shipping timeframes are estimated at between three to ten business days within Australia, depending on your location. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

We will postpone shipping during heat events in South Australia and or destination, which may result is a delay in delivery. 

Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. The recipient of the delivery must be 18 years of age or older. 

International Shipping

Collection

Your order can be collected in-person from Poonawatta. Nominate ‘Pick Up’ in the delivery instructions. Collections address: 1227 Eden Valley Road, Flaxman Valley SA 5235

Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon collection of, and or delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
