This website and its contents are owned by Poonawatta Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Poonawatta Estate, Poonawatta Vineyards, Poonawatta Wines and Poonawatta. ‘Poonawatta’ in any of the stated variations, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of this web site. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the viewer or user of this website. The use of this website is governed by the Terms of Use listed below. If you choose to access, view or interact with this website, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use may be changed from time to time. Legal Drinking Age
It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age in Australia. By entering & confirming payment details in our online wine shop, or if arranging private tastings, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older. In the case of international orders, you are certifying you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

Pricing
Our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) unless stated to be otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Payment, Shipping and Delivery
By registering your details to purchase wine online from www.poonawatta.com.au your pricing for freight and shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address and membership status. No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer. Credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using Stripe Eftpos.
Card data is not kept by Poonawatta after processing. Card details are retained within Stripe for Club Members repeat orders.
Vintages
While every attempt will be made to keep vintage information current on the website, vintages are subject to change. We will advise you by email or telephone if the vintage ordered is no longer available and you will have the option to confirm, change or cancel your order.
