Four Corners Cabernet Regional Blend 2015
The Four Corners Cabernet is produced from premium vineyards located across the four corners of Eden Valley. Each vineyard is picked, fermented and oak matured separately, then blended after 18 to 20 months in oak. The varied terrain, soil types and microclimates ensure our search for the right vineyards is a winemaking adventure.
Flavours are pure, with undercurrents of earth, tobacco, dark chocolate and dusty tannins. Great texture, structure and flavour.
